System not reporting data to Red Hat Lightspeed (Insights)
Issue
- A system is active in the inventory of Red Hat Lightspeed (Insights), but is not reporting data from insights-client.
- A system has been registered with insights-client in the past, but no recent data has been provided by it.
In order to provide analytics such as recommendations, Red Hat Lightspeed (Insights) requires the insights-client to remain enabled on active systems.
