Error while syncing enabled repositories on RHUA after adding or changing the proxy URL
Issue
When adding or changing a proxy URL in the /root/.rhui/answers.yml or with the rhui-installer command line arguments, the enabled repositories do not get updated with the new proxy information. Only repositories after the change will be added with the new proxy values.
