  • Yum or Dnf encounters [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 500 - Internal Server Error on systems registered to an External Red Hat Capsule.

  • Running dnf/yum install or update commands fails with a 500 Internal Server Error, as shown below:

    # yum install sos 
sos-3.9-5.el7_9.12.noarch.rpm  FAILED
