Issue

  • Network Cluster Operator is degraded with below error:

    message: DaemonSet "/openshift-ovn-kubernetes/ovnkube-node" rollout is not making progress - pod ovnkube-node-xxxxx is in CrashLoopBackOff State

  • Below message is shown in the openshift-ovn-kubernetes namespace events:

    Error: services have not yet been read at least once, cannot construct envvars
