Openshift 4 IPI Baremetal installation fails when using DHCP

Issue

• Installing a Baremetal IPI cluster fails with error:

  level=fatal msg="validate service connection: validate CRI v1 runtime API for endpoint \"unix:///var/run/crio/crio.sock\": rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = \"transport: Error while dialing dial unix /var/run/crio/crio.sock: connect: no such file or directory\"" 
  

• The bootstrap VM shows image-customization.service in a failure state

• The nodes show duplications of the NetworkManager connection name Wired Connection
