Oracle RAC fences the node due to incorrect cfs throttling within the cgroup
Issue
- Server reboots due to RAC fencing event along with out of memory events in cgroup oratfagroup.
- Load average is high and server is rebooted by RAC.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Oracle RAC cluster
- Systems with Oracle's Trace File Analyzer (TFA) installed/enabled.
