Why is Automation Controller reporting "Task got bad yield: <coroutine object WebSocketRelayManager.cleanup_offline_host at 0xABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP>"?

Issue

• Seeing a lot of IDLE connections within the database for web_ws_heartbeat; possibly enough IDLE connections that the max connections (default 1024) is being reached

• Automation Controllers are being removed from the cluster
