Entropy limit 256 on RHEL-9

Entropy pool size on RHEL-9 does not go higher than 256. There was a KB in Redhat for the same and resolution is not clear. It says

"If application requires higher poolsize, please contact your application vendor to accommodate for the changes."

Any body faced the same issue and able to resolve?
