Openshift Virtualization: Setting up ApplicationAwareResourceQuota to allow live migration of the VMs in the namespaces with quota enabled

Issue

  • since OCP 4.15 ApplicationAwareResourceQuota is in Dev Preview
  • while default ResourceQuota would not allow guest migration from one worker to another if the ResourceQuota limits would be overflown with creating guest on destination worker, ApplicationAwareResourceQuota does allows this
