After upgrading to OpenShift 4.14 my pod is failing to start with error adding container to network "v2-4-istio-cni": failed to find plugin "v2-4-istio-cni" in path [/var/lib/cni/bin]

Issue

After upgrading to OpenShift 4.14 pods using OpenShift Service Mesh won't start. They are receiving the following error.
