Issue

  • Deleting a node (but keeping it powered on) from a non-cloud environment results in connection failure to the IngressVIP.
    The Console, Authentication and Ingress ClusterOperators are degraded and reporting errors similar to:

    Get "https://<endpoint>.apps.<cluster-domain>": dial tcp x.x.x.x:443: connect: connection refused
