Failed to start Redis persistent key-value database.

Issue

• The redis.service fails to tart with FATAL CONFIG FILE ERROR for 'logfile /var/log/redis/redis.log'.

• The redis.service started failing with error reported on line 171 for logfile entry. The configuration entry is valid.
