RHOCP 4 UPI installation fails after creating the cluster network
Issue
- OpenShift UPI installation does not progress after creating the cluster network when the bootstrap node is having more than one interfaces.
- The kube-apiserver on the bootstrap node is advertising a wrong IP address.
