Chunked HTTPS response is incomplete from EAP 7 with java 17 and TLSv1.3

Issue

• Running EAP 7 on java 17 with TLSv1.3, we see chunked responses are timing out either through a proxy or with clients directly to JBoss. JBoss appears to send the full application response content we'd expect, but it is not sending the final termination packet for the chunked response.
