Automatic Mail Delivery Issue for RHACS Users
Issue
- After creating a new user in the RHACS dashboard, existing users are unable to send invitation emails to the new users automatically.

Instead, upon attempting to send invitation emails from the RHACS console, users receive the below message in the console:
New rules have been created, but invitation emails could not be sent. -
Consequently, users are prompted to manually send emails from the console to invitees using the provided text.
