noobaa reports Error: self signed certificate in certificate chain

Issue

Noobaa endpoint is reporting an issue with a self signed cert in the certificate chain.

Quay Users: If the error is not reported in the NooBaa logs, but the error is detected in the Quay pod logs, and indicating this issue with the NooBaa certificates, Quay must then trust the NooBaa certificates. To do this, see the Images fail to be pushed/pulled to/from Quay due to certificate SSL error which causes a 502 to be reported solution.
