How to set a predefined password for the core user in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.x utilizing ACM siteconfig
Issue
- Customers need the ability to set a password for the core user at install time to better enable troubleshooting and investigation of cluster installation failures.
- The feature exists to manually inject into ignition files but customers need to know how to implement this indirectly when utilizing Advanced Cluster Management / ZTP via siteconfig.yaml
Environment
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- 4.x
- Advanced Cluster Management
- 2.9.2 (observed and confirmed on this version, but this works with all ZTP versions.)
