ImageBuilder Filesystem Type Change?

I am wanting to create a custom .iso for my test environment but I have found that "xfs" is default and only option for the filesystem type. I want to use ext4 so that I can grow and shrink my manual partitions. Is there a way to change this without jumping through hoops?
