Cluster Autoscaler fails to remove nodes with 'pod with local storage present' messages in RHOCP 4
Issue
ClusterAutoscaleris not able to remove nodes even through the resource utilization criteria is met.-
Errors like below are seen in the
ClusterAutoscalerpod logs.node <node_name> cannot be removed: pod with local storage present: <pod_name>
