Issue

  • I am trying to configure Nested Virtualization
  • I am using Microsoft Hyper-V as my L0 hypervisor, and RHEL 8.9 for L1
  • When trying to start libvirtd, I get the following error:
Unable to open /dev/kvm: No such file or directory

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.9
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
