How can I remove the discs configured as hardware with raid structure?

Hello, I have 4 servers. I am using Redhat 7.9 and Redhat 8.6. These servers have raid 1 and raid 0 discs in their locals. In the near future, Dell Powervault Me5 Series storage will be purchased. I will need to remove all discs and add storage discs with Fibre Channel. How can I remove raid 1 (home) and raid 0 (Library) discs via Redhat before adding the discs on the storage side. Is it enough to cancel the raids on the server via bios or if I remove the disks directly from the server, will Redhat automatically remove them?

What should I pay attention to when doing this process? Which method should I do this with?
