When defining positiveTTL in my default dns-config, I do not see the expected TTL for .cluster.local and .svc queries

When defining
positiveTTLin my default dns-config, I do not see the expected TTL for.cluster.localand.svcqueries -
I have set the DNS operator using the
positiveTTLparameter in my default dns-config objects as described in the Tuning the CoreDNS cache OCP Documentation -
When running an
nslookup, I do not see the expected TTL values (see Diagnostic Steps sections for more information)
