WFLYCTL0362: Capabilities required by resource '/subsystem=iiop-openjdk' are not available: org.wildfly.legacy-security;

Issue

After running the migration tool to migrate to JBoss EAP 8 Beta we are unable to start the server with the following error:

ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYCTL0362: Capabilities required by resource '/subsystem=iiop-openjdk' are not available:
    org.wildfly.legacy-security; There are no known registration points which can provide this capability.
FATAL [org.jboss.as.server] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYSRV0056: Server boot has failed in an unrecoverable manner; exiting. See previous messages for details. - Server configuration file in use: standalone-full.xml
