Logging Collector pods in CrashLoopBackOff for FIPS enabled cluster in RHOCP4

Issue

After upgrading to logging 5.8 and enable FIPS on the cluster, the fluentd collector pods are in CrashLooBackOff
Collector pods are going in CrashLoopBackOff state under the openshift-logging project when fluentd is used as collector with the error:
