Network CO is stuck in progressing state post installation of SNO on GCP
Issue
- Post-installation of GCP SNO, network operator is is stuck in progressing state with below error.
- lastTransitionTime: "2023-10-20T09:21:40Z"
message: Deployment "/openshift-cloud-network-config-controller/cloud-network-config-controller"
is not available (awaiting 1 nodes)
