user crontab PAM ERROR (permission denied)
Issue
- A user cannot view or modify the crontab.

Access will generate PAM ERROR (Permission denied).

Example for a postgres user, but could occur with any user :
[postgres@host ~]$ crontab -l
You (postgres) are not allowed to access to (crontab) because of pam configuration.
