Clients fail to download data from Satellite with "Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried."

Issue

• Clients randomly unable to download the metadata from the Satellite server after upgrade.

• The following yum/dnf errors are seen on the clients side:
