Machine config operator in degraded state for nodes.
Issue
- A node is persisted in degraded state visble in the Machine Config Pool status
- The description of machine config cluster shows the following:
pool is degraded because nodes fail with "1 nodes are reporting degraded status on sync": "Node worker1 is reporting: \"content mismatch for file \\\"/var/lib/kubelet/config.json\\\"\""
