Overcloud host that belongs to a new role bening deployed with the same IP configured all over available network interfaces

Issue

  • After creating a new role and scaling out the platform with it, related machines are deployed getting the ctlplane network IP address configured across all available interfaces:

    [root@mycompute-0 ~]# ip a | grep "inet "
        inet 127.0.0.1/8 scope host lo
        inet 192.168.0.5/25 brd 172.30.129.127 scope global ens1f0
        inet 192.168.0.5/25 brd 172.30.129.127 scope global br-mybridge
        inet 192.168.0.5/25 brd 172.30.129.127 scope global vlan10
        inet 192.168.0.5/25 brd 172.30.129.127 scope global vlan20
        inet 192.168.0.5/25 brd 172.30.129.127 scope global vlan30
