Is it possible to modify DNS 'timeouts' and 'attempts' for RHOCP 4 nodes?

• Is it possible to modify DNS options such as timeout and attempts on Red Hat OpenShift nodes?
• How to modify timeout and attempts parameters in/etc/resolv.conf file using MachineConfig? Is this supported by Red Hat?
• How to be provided DNS configs to the master nodes.
