Setting up Ceph NFS-Ganesha and using a Windows AD for user ID lookups

To use a Windows AD (or FreeIPA), you need to modify the sssd configuration file to point to the Windows AD server and provide the credentials to connect to the LDAP server. Set a configMap with the sssd.conf file and use the configmap to provide the CA certificate file required for the configMap setup.
