Satellite hostname change fails with the error 'Error: Timed out connecting to server'

Issue

  • satellite-change-hostname script fails with the below error.
[root@satellite_cert]# satellite-change-hostname satellite.new.com --username admin --password 'passwd'  --custom-cert satellite.new.com.crt --custom-key satellite.new.com.ex_key.pem

There is a problem with the server; please check 'hammer ping'
