After adding a bare metal worker node via Assisted Installer, it is not creating a bare metal host or machine
Issue
- New node doesn't have an associated BareMetalHost or Machine
- Lose the ability to identify which piece of hardware is which node

- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- 4.11 or later
- Bare Metal installation
- Assisted installer
- After adding a new host to an existing cluster using *Add Hosts" option in the Assisted Installer Service.
