Not able to install independent operator due to another broken catalog resource in OpenShift 4
Issue
- When adding a subscription to the cluster the operator will not be installed because of a broken catalog resource.
- A broken
catalogsourceis not allowing to install an independent operator which is not using that brokencatalogsource.

- OpenShift Container Platform 4.x
