Error "no route to host" found when trying to connect to an application using egress

- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) 4.X
Environment
- When trying to connect to an application using an egress router service doesn't work
- Tests performed using curl fail with the error "no route to host" from the application POD but its working from the egress router POD
