Unable to sudo from user account without password

Issue

  1. User sudouser belongs to group sudogroup in RHEL host
  2. This entry is in /etc/sudoers.d/firstsudorules file:
%sudogroup ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
  1. However, user sudouer is unable to switch to root account without password. Everytime sudouser runs sudo command, the system asks for password.
