ODF/OCS: Liveness Probe restarts MDS pod as it transitions from Journal Replay Complete to Active.
Issue
The OpenShift Liveness Probe restarts MDS pod as it transitions from Journal Replay Complete to Active.
When the Ceph MDS has completed a Journal Replay, there is a many, many minute period of time where it's transitioning to the Active state. During this time the MDS does not have a status of Replay nor does it have a status of Active. The OpenShift Liveness Probe determines this to be a problem and erroneously restarts the MDS pod.
