In Remote rsyslog environment invalid characters are logged. Such as:
#000▒#000▒#000▒#000▒#000k#000j#000i#000h#0009#0008#0007#0006#000▒#000▒#000▒#000▒▒2▒.▒*▒&▒▒#000▒#000=#0005#000▒▒/▒+▒'▒#▒▒#000▒#000▒#000▒#000▒#000g#000@#000?
