Update with yum impossible

Hello Everyone

My name is José Manuel and I am testing RedHatLinux Enterprise Server but I can not make yum update beacuse the app subscription manager tell me put my account in red hat but I am in a Enterprise netwok with a proxy to out to internet and it needs a username and password but my enterprise tell me that don´t make this beacuse own network security can be in risk so my next step is try to conect by wifi but it makes me impossible in a VmWare player 17 that is where the RedHat Enterprise Linux 9.2 is installed and working but I can´t conect to internet so can anybody help me with this?
