How to run oc debug for AMQ 7 broker pod?

Issue

In AMQ 7, we would like to run the command line tool "artemis pref-journal"

If we try to run the command on the current pod (oc rsh "pod"), we get
"Error: There is another process using the server at /home/jboss/amq-broker/lock. Cannot start the process!"

If we try to run the command on debug pod (oc debug "pod"), the broker instance and config are not in /home/home/amq-broker.
