What are the Minimum permissions required for UPI and IPI Installation of RHOCP4 cluster using VMware vSphere as the underlying platform

Issue

• As per the current Installation documentation for RHOCP cluster requires far too many open permissions/privileges which allows the user to perform some action that can break the cluster, Are there any minimum permission that could be provided to the user in order to make sure the user cannot perform any action that breaks the cluster.
