Mounting /proc filesystem... failed

Hi Team,

    We are facing this below error while booting our Redhat 6.5 OS in VM environment. 

Greetings.
Anaconda installer init version 13.21.215 starting.
Mounting /proc filesystem . . . failed.
I Can’t recover from this.

Can you please help us to resolve this issue.
