Disabling AAP nodes in UI can still lead to communication in the backend
Issue
Why do I see messages like:
2023-06-22 15:35:03,866 WARNING awx.main.wsbroadcast Connection from x.x.x.x to x.x.x.x failed for unknown reason: '500, message='Invalid response status', url=URL('https://x.x.x.x:443/websocket/broadcast/')'.
