Unable to add projects to the mesh using the ServiceMeshMember resource

Issue

• How to add the projects to the ServiceMesh using the ServiceMeshMember resource?
• Can not get the istio-sidecar container attached to the application PODs.
• Application projects are not getting added to the ServiceMesh.

• The ServiceMeshMemberRoll resource is stuck in ReconcileError and showing reason as ReferencesDifferentControlPlane:
