Receiving error Cluster with subscription ID undefined was not found on OpenShift Cluster Manager

Issue

  • Unable to find cluster in Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console
  • Unable to register OpenShift cluster on Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console

  • When trying to register cluster on Openshift Cluster Manager, receiving the below error:

    Cluster with subscription ID undefined was not found, it might have been deleted or you don't have permission to see it.
ACCT-MGMT-11: Account with ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX denied access to perform get on Subscription with HTTP call GET /api/accounts_mgmt/v1/subscriptions/undefined
