OpenShift deployment via the Assisted Installer using a minimal boot ISO is failing with "Failed to start Acquire live PXE rootfs image"

Issue

When using a generated minimal discovery ISO via the Red Hat Console, the node fails to fully boot from the ISO, due to not being able to fetch the live PXE rootfs image.
The boot process then drops into emergency mode shell.
