After upgrade from RHEL 8.1 to 8.4, the fibre Channel devices are no longer discovered
Issue

After upgrading the system from RHEL 8.1 kernel-4.18.0-147.85 to 8.4 kernel-4.18.0-305.91.1.el8_4 or later, the fibre channel devices are no longer discovered.
Booting with problematic kernel shows frequent Link Down/Up events on console:
