VMDK Image created using Image Builder does not boot with vCenter's ESXi Hypervisor
Issue
After creating a vmdk image using Image Builder - when booting the vmdk image with VCenter's ESXi, it reports a disk size of 0 KB and fails to boot.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux >= 8.3
- vmdk Images Built with Self-Hosted Image Builder
- vmdk Images Built Image Builder on hybrid cloud console https://console.redhat.com/insights/image-builder
- Running vmdk Images on ESXi vSphere System >= 7.0.3
