Cluster update stuck with some Cluster Operator degraded with older versions of OCP 4
Issue
- Critical Cluster Operators(CO) for example DNS, Network, Ingress, and machine-config CO show degraded state.
- Cluster upgrade stuck in between and some of the Cluster Operators are stuck with the older versions and not progressing anymore.
