Proxy error encountered while registering the client server.

Issue

Below are different issues observed while trying to register a client-server to the Satellite or Capsule server.

  • Issue 1:

    When attempting to register the client-server using the command subscription-manager register --org="organization_name" --activationkey="activation_key_name", the process results in the following error.

    Proxy error, unable to connect to proxy server.

  • Issue 2:

    Below error is observed while trying to register the client server.

    Error during registration: Tunnel connection failed: 504 Unknown Host
Tunnel connection failed: 504 Unknown Host
